These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Moto2 Limited website (https://moto2.co.uk), purchases of motorcycles, parts, accessories, or services, and any related interactions with Moto2 Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all transactions and interactions with Moto2 Limited.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date.
All products and services are subject to availability.
Orders placed through our website, in-store, or by phone constitute an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance via email or written confirmation.
Prices are in GBP, inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges may apply.
Payment is due at the time of order unless a finance agreement is in place. We accept [list payment methods, e.g., card, bank transfer, finance via Snap Finance].
If you apply for finance, you must meet the lender’s eligibility criteria, and separate terms from the finance provider (e.g., Snap Finance) will apply.
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We will notify you of any delays.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery or collection.
You must inspect products upon receipt and report defects within 7 days to info@moto2.co.uk.
You may return products within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (excluding custom orders).
Return costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty.
Faulty products are subject to inspection. If deemed faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting info@moto2.co.uk. If the order has been dispatched, standard return procedures apply.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are out of stock or due to pricing errors. You will receive a full refund.
We partner with third-party finance providers (e.g., Snap Finance) to offer finance options. These are subject to the provider’s terms and eligibility criteria.
Our liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or refund, as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of use or profits).
Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Our website is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
You must not misuse our website (e.g., introducing viruses or attempting unauthorised access).
All content on our website (e.g., images, text, logos) is owned by or licensed to Moto2 Limited. You may not reproduce or use it without permission.
These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
